Application Instructions:
- Apply 20-25 drops of the product to your applicator, ensuring a thick application.
- Begin by spreading a puddle line, then work in a slow cross-hatch pattern.
- The size of the application area should be approximately 50×50 cm or aligned with the vehicle’s body lines.
- Allow 3-5 minutes for bonding. You may leave the product on for up to 15 minutes before removal, but exercise caution.
- Use a new, high-quality short pile microfiber cloth to wipe away most of the product.
- Follow up with a second short pile microfiber cloth to ensure all residue is completely removed.
- Buff the surface using a new, high-quality long pile microfiber cloth.
- After application and removal, conduct a final inspection with your long pile microfiber cloth under a bright, diffused light source to confirm that no residue remains on the surface.
- Stacking can be performed after an initial curing period of 2 hours.
- Prior to client handover, wipe down all panels with Titan Coatings ULTRA sealant to ensure the surface is free of smudges, dust, and lint.
Important Notes and Caution Statement:
Alpha Quartz is designed for both enthusiasts and professionals. Due to the quality of its components, the application process is straightforward and can be performed outdoors, even in direct sunlight; however, caution is advised.
The product can remain on surfaces for up to 15 minutes and can be easily removed. After removing any residue, it is essential to allow a drying period of 4 hours before exposing the surface to water. While the drying time is 4 hours, the full curing time is 24 hours.
Please ensure that all residue is thoroughly removed, as any remaining residue can be challenging to address. In such cases, an abrasive polish may be necessary to eliminate any residue marks.
